I had a great time at the Beat Beethoven 7.5K race today.

I was happy with my pace of 4:59 and finishing 29th in a field of 368. Not bad for my first in-person race since 2018.

After the run was a performance by Symphony Nova Scotia, including a wonderful, stirring Star Trek medley.
