I've been increasing the number of reps I do for the pushup challenge before doing short breaks, and I'm up to 30 at a time. It gets harder again to keep form by the end, but I'm feeling good about the progress.

I've been increasing the number of reps I do for the pushup challenge before doing short breaks, and I'm up to 30 at a time. It gets harder again to keep form by the end, but I'm feeling good about the progress.
100 Pushups Week 5
Pushups have continued to be a challenge for me, but I do feel like my endurance and strength are increasing little by little.
100 Pushups Week 4
A reset did a lot of good for me, and I finished out my fourth week of regularly doing pushups with better form and a sense of momentum.
100 Pushups Week 3
This week I found I was breaking form and not feeling like I was doing pushups correctly most of the time. I've decided I will loop this week's reps again so that I can be confident I am doing things correctly and don't just barrel forward into increased reps. I'd rather take a bit longer to get to 100 pushups in a sitting.
100 Pushups Week 2
I was challenged but the pushups a lot more during the second week of working up to the 100 Pushup Challenge. It became harder to keep good form as the week went on, and I can feel the work after in my arms and shoulders.
100 Pushups Week 1
I finished the first gentle week of pushups in working up to do 100 at once. It felt good to be building the habit of waking and exercising, but I expect to be feeling the exercises more as I ramp up.

For the first 3 months of the year I'll be doing a 100 Pushup Challenge, building up to being able to do 100 pushups routinely.
