We visited the library for Celestine to take part in Super Science Saturday and get 12 more books to read for her Summer Reading Club. I left with a stack of comfort comics. I read the Delilah Dirk and On A Sunbeam books as webcomics, and the anime adaptation of the Your Lie in April manga is one of my favorites. Celestine added Pita-Ten to my stack so that will be the one comic unknown to me.

I'll be visiting Barcelona in August. When I travel, I like to find comics from the places I go. Do you know any comic creators from the city I should be reading ahead of my visit?

Wait, What? has been one of the prime ways that I've kept up on comics for years and it's coming to an end as a regularly scheduled podcast. I'll miss having Graeme and Jeff talking about the comics industry, manga, and pop culture so much. I highly recommend their read throughs of Avengers, Judge Dredd and Fantastic Four.

The Prince and the Dressmaker

The comic pops from page to page; the art is lush and evokes so much emotion. The characters are wonderfully expressive and their stories are complex and relatable. Th
