I didn't get out to run very often throughout March as the impact of COVID-19 and preparation for working at home started to grow. My windows for running have become smaller, but I'm hoping to get out most weekday mornings throughout April.

Great Ocean Road Complete
A few days ago I finished the Great Ocean Road challenge I started on Christmas Eve. It was good motivation to have a long term distance goal to encourage me to get out for runs throughout the Winter.

Conquer 2020 Virtual Challenge February
The email that My Virtual Mission sends out to recap the previous month's progress for my Conquer 2020 Virtual Challenge was a bit delayed, but I'm happy to see that I was able to keep mostly on track for February; even though it was a shorter month I was able to cover nearly the same amount of distance as in January.

I had a slower start to the year for distance run than I would have liked, but I'm on track to meet my Conquer 2020 Virtual Challenge goal of 1000 km this year.

For 2020 I decided to set an overall running goal for the year to keep myself consistent. I'm running the Conquer 2020 Virtual Challenge with a goal of 1000 km for the year.

Great Ocean Road
Starting today I'm running the Great Ocean Road Virtual Challenge to run a total of about 240 km. I'm aiming to do that in about 12 weeks, so if I get out for 4 runs each week during the winter and do a distance of 5 km each time I'll be on target.
My Virtual Mission: Dean to Halifax
As the weather worsens through Autumn and Winter, I find that I need some extra motivation to keep me running regularly. I'm trying out My Virtual Mission as a way to keep moving.
