Matamis na Bao

While I was in the Philippines, one of my favourite breakfasts was pan de sal topped with coco jam. I had been missing it but this week I stopped at Big Ray Filipino Asian Convenience Store, one of a handful of Filipino stores around Halifax, and on one shelf was a matamis na bao jar ready to delight my taste buds.
