In March I had my last haircut with a stylist who had been cutting my hair for more than a decade, as she moved away from the city. I usually had a cut every 12 weeks like clockwork, but had more than 9 months between cuts for the first time in more than 10 years as I didn't seek out a new stylist. My hair was the longest it had been in as much time this morning. At noon I tried a new stylist nearby and now have the shortest hair I've had in many years.
