Exercise 2020.04.02

This morning there were high winds and heavy rains, so running wasn't an option. Luckily, another Home Front mission was ready for me to do inside with Zombies, Run! This mission was a fun story and the exercises were accessible but easy enough to scale to a good challenge. What made it better was having my favourite fellow-runner in the game, Jody, on comms duty.

Exercise 2020.03.24

There was a heavy rain during my window for running in the morning, but it was an opportunity to try Zombies, Run!'s The Home Front, a series of accessible aerobics exercise sessions that are planned to be released weekly. It's a good introduction to how ZR missions work, and to the delightful Sam Yao.
